From purchasing local seasonal produce whenever possible to reducing inorganic and organic waste, your campus team is dedicated to providing you with an exceptional dining experience that is good for you and good for the planet.
Trayless
At Heritage Dining Hall, you are working with us to reduce our carbon footprint. Every time you use plates without a tray, you are saving a quart of water, one ounce of food waste, plus the detergent and energy needed for washing the trays.
Local Suppliers
Our dining team is committed to increasing local sourcing from Mississippi business parnters to drive the economic development of the communities where we do business. Our list of local suppliers includes Spencer Farms, Larose, Eubanks Farms, Madison Growers, 3 Eagle, Penick Sweet Potato Co. and St. Bethany Fresh.
